A direct injection type autosampler that permits high-speed, multisample processing. Near-zero sample carryover is realized, which makes the SIL-20A/20AC ideal for high- sensitivity LC-MSMS analysis. Connecting the optional rack changer allows continuous analysis by replacing up to 12 MTP/DWP.
The SIL- 20ACXR autosamplers used with the Prominence UFLC system permit ultra-fast analysis while maintaining the injection accuracy and durability requirements demanded of an HPLC system.
The retention time reproducibility and injection volume reproducibility are within 0.3 % after endurance testing over 100,000 cycles, results similar to those achieved with standard HPLC.
