The Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostatted Column Compartment (TCC G1316C) is a state-of-the-art instrument designed for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). As part of the Agilent 1290 Infinity LC series, it provides precise temperature control for analytical columns, enabling accurate and reproducible results even under demanding conditions. This TCC is compatible as a standalone module or as an integral part of the 1290 Infinity system, offering flexibility in application. Its robust design minimizes dead volumes and supports advanced chromatographic techniques.

The TCC G1316C features advanced Peltier-based heating and cooling, supporting a temperature range from 10°C below ambient to 100°C. This ensures optimal retention time reproducibility and thermal stability across various flow rates. Additional benefits include electronic column identification for GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) compliance, minimized dispersion via small heat exchangers, and optional Quick-Change Valve Heads for enhanced application flexibility​.
