The Agilent 1290 Infinity Diode Array Detector (DAD), model G4212A, is a high-performance component of Agilent's HPLC systems. Designed for both conventional and ultra-fast liquid chromatography applications, the G4212A offers advanced optical performance, exceptional sensitivity, and robust reliability. This detector enables simultaneous multi-wavelength and full spectral analysis with a sampling rate of up to 160 Hz, making it ideal for high-throughput environments. Key features include a programmable micro-slit system, RFID-enabled UV lamp and flow cell tracking, and enhanced electronic temperature control to ensure maximum baseline stability under varying environmental conditions. The innovative Max-Light Cartridge Flow Cell design allows for efficient light transmission, reduced noise, and easy maintenance, supporting a wide range of applications, from bio-inert to standard LC analyses​
