Organomation Triple Microplate MICROVAP Evaporator (Refurbished)

This triple microplate evaporator will essentially have all new components except for the bath case. The case was used by our production team for testing. It may have some very minor cosmetic damage, but this will not affect the unit's performance. All electrical parts, heaters, and the entire nitrogen distribution manifold will all be brand new.  This is a great low-cost option for labs who need to evaporate up to three 96 well-plates at once. It can accommodate either standard or deep well plates.

• The Triple Plate MICROVAP enables simultaneous evaporation of up to three 96-well plates, combining three 96-needle manifolds and three independently heated aluminum blocks on one compact platform. It is ideal for high-throughput sample preparation in pharmaceutical and life science labs.
• Each manifold has its own toggle switch to shut off nitrogen flow when not in use, helping conserve gas and reduce operating costs. The dual band spring hoist assembly allows for smooth raising and lowering of the manifolds, ensuring easy and safe operation.
• Temperature is digitally controlled with ±2 °C accuracy, reaching up to 130 °C, while nitrogen flow can be precisely set from 0–100 LPM via an adjustable flow meter. The solid aluminum blocks provide uniform heat distribution for consistent evaporation across all wells.
• Key features include a high temperature limit switch, nitrogen filter, and anodized aluminum heat blocks. Optional upgrades include acid-resistant construction, a Z-purge case, and 220 V configuration, making the Triple Plate MICROVAP a versatile and cost-effective solution for high-throughput evaporation needs.
