This column employs supermacroporous polymer beads based on divinylbenzene (DVB) with a phenyl stationary phase. The design provides robustness across the complete pH spectrum (0–14) and under elevated temperatures up to 110 °C. With a pore size of 1,500 Å and 4 µm particle size, it delivers effective separations of intact proteins and antibody subunits.
