All while working in an environment where you will be supported, valued and rewarded for your performance.</strong></p><h3><strong>Field Service Engineer (ISO/IEC 17025 KOLAS Mass &amp; Related Quantities Calibration)</strong></h3><div><div><h4><strong>Work Schedule</strong></h4><p>Standard (Mon-Fri)</p><h4><strong>Environmental Conditions</strong></h4><p>Office</p><h4><strong>Job Description</strong></h4><p>As an ISO/IEC 17025 KOLAS Mass and Related Quantities Calibration / Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence to meet customer expectations through internationally accredited calibration and on-site service activities.</p><p>This position combines KOLAS-accredited mass and related quantities calibration with field service support and equipment qualification activities, ensuring compliance with international standards, accurate measurement, and high-quality technical support to customers.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Operate and maintain Mass and Related Quantities calibration equipment in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and KOLAS requirements</li><li>Perform Mass and Related Quantities calibration procedures and prepare calibration reports</li><li>Conduct regular inspection, verification, and calibration of standards and equipment</li><li>Perform equipment qualification activities including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)</li><li>Prepare and manage qualification protocols, reports, and related documentation</li><li>Enforce quality management systems (QMS) and prepare related documentation</li><li>Perform calibration and measurement work at an internationally accredited calibration institute</li><li>Deliver on-site services including installation, calibration, preventative maintenance (PM), basic repairs, and technical support</li><li>Service laboratory instruments such as Biological Safety Cabinets, CO₂ Incubators, Cold Storage, and Centrifuges</li><li>Provide technical consultation and resolve customer issues to minimize equipment downtime</li><li>Prepare service reports, validation documents, and protocols according to internal and customer requirements</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer experience</li><li>Collaborate with commercial and internal teams to support customer solutions</li><li>Comply with all relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements, including proper handling of hazardous materials where applicable</li><li>Continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge through training and self-study</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement activities</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in KOLAS calibration (Mass, Temperature, or related quantities)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer</li><li>Practical understanding and hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17025 standards</li><li>Experience in equipment qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) is strongly preferred</li><li>Preference for candidates who have completed KOLAS-related training (e.g., KS Q ISO/IEC 17025 operational practice, measurement uncertainty)</li><li>Strong electrical or mechanical background with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Advanced PC literacy including MS Office (especially Excel) and strong technical documentation skills</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Korean (required); English communication skills preferred</li><li>Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in challenging and stressful situations</li><li>Job-related technical certifications and language qualifications are preferred</li></ul></div></div>
