Everyone loves pizza! But what's really in it and what's in the packaging? Thermo Fisher Scientific will use pizza to demonstrate a wide range of analytical applications — from ingredients to packaging — using state-of-the-art technologies, such as HPLC-CAD, MS, ICP-MS, NIR, and FTIR, including sample preparation, sample extraction, and evaluation.
Demonstrations will take place Tuesday-Friday in Hall B2, Booth B2.333, for one hour at the following times:
- 10.00 - 11.00 (German, translated to English)
- 12.00 - 13.00 (English only)
