Altium Multi-Omics Solutions Day at CEITEC

We are pleased to invite you to a seminar focused on the latest technologies and solutions in genomics, proteomics, and spatial transcriptomics. Throughout the program, you will discover current trends in data analysis, laboratory automation, and advanced tools for sample characterization — ranging from spatial transcriptomics and high-resolution genome mapping to targeted omics workflows using LC/MS.

The program also includes an introduction to the Genomics Core Facility, and a demonstration of the Agilent AssayMAP Proteomics Bravo in the CEITEC Core Proteomics Laboratory.

The seminar will be held in English and will take place at CEITEC venue.
