FIELD APPLICATION CHEMIST
As a Field Application Chemist, you are responsible for customer support with Bruker’s mass spectrometry. You are required to deal with customers for problem solving, pre-sales activities and customer training.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide competitive experimental analysis data using MALDI biotyper for business growth

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and scientific presentation

Support application training for installed MBT systems

Coordinate various problems working with service team for customer’s success

Develop KOL in the market and maintain productive relationship with customers

Support application and technical training for distributors
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
-
MS or Ph.D. degree using Microbiology or chemistry in the field of clinical or similar study

At least 3yrs of experience in MALDI or Mass spectrometry business
-
Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated ability to work within a cooperative team environment

Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
