HPLC/GC SCIENTIST- GROUP LEAD
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to support the analytical testing activities to support our clients manufacturing site in Sugarland Texas.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities

Perform testing of raw materials, in-process product, finished product, and stability of products through wet chemistry and instrumental analysis. (HPLC, GC, Karl Fisher, UV, titration etc.)

Perform analytical method validation.

Prepare lab-related control documents to include Test Methods (TM), Raw Materials Acceptance (RMA), Bulk and Finished Product Specifications (SPC), Product Stability Specifications (STA), Calibration Test Methods (CTM), Technical Support (TS), Protocols and Reports, Method Transfer/Validation documents.

Provide support (training, documentation review, etc.) to other chemists as needed.

Initiate and close ELN records when necessary and appropriate

Laboratory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science discipline with 2+ years industry BioPharma/Clinical laboratory experience and strong leadership skills

Experience in regulated environment/Quality Control GMP is highly desirable.

Wet chemistry skills. Strong HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) and GC (gas chromatography) skills

Authorization to work in United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

- Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Sugar Land, Texas are encouraged to apply.
