Mestrelab has established a global presence, with software sales in over 80 countries and a client list that includes many of the major pharmaceutical, biotech and chemical companies, as well as some of the most relevant government and academic laboratories worldwide. As part of SciY, the software division of Bruker, we collaborate closely with Bruker itself and the other SciY companies, working together to achieve common goals.

We are currently seeking a Developer to join our Mestrelab- SciY - Bruker team at our location in Santiago de Compostela and we are looking forward to hearing for you. This a hybrid position.

DEVELOPER (d/m/w)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of our cloud-based Digital Twin product to receive and analyze real-time instrument performance data.

  • Develop statistical models and craft powerful algorithms for predictive maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. You interact with our key customers and beta testers, so their input can directly influence our product development.

  • Seamlessly integrate with development teams, fostering effective communication among developers and stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

  • You possess a degree in computer science or natural sciences, or comparable knowledge and skills.

  • You have a profound knowledge of Python and the Python Ecosystem.

  • You have a profound knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning concepts for data analysis.

  • You have a good understanding of document-based databases.

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English. German language skills are a plus.

  • Experience with data processing pipelines is a plus.

  • Knowledge of proteomics or metabolomics is a plus.

  • show initiative and a sense of responsibility

  • love working in a team

  • have good communication skills.
