Responsibilities
- Join a dedicated team responsible for maintenance and development of our software products in the area of microbial identification and antibiotc susceptibility testing
- Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning to delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including biologists, software developers, and testers
- Alignment with business stakeholders and communication of project progress
- Contribute to requirements analysis and creation of technical specifications
- Implement best practices and continuously improve development processes
- Take the chance to directly influence the final product with your knowledge and ideas
Qualifications
- You have experience in managing software development projects
- You have (first) experience in programming languages like Java or C#
- You know how to structure work and already applied agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- You have a good command of the German language and strong written and spoken English skills
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international team, and are a good and open minded communicator
