Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
We are looking for a service engineer to support our mass spectrometer business in the Netherlands.
You can expect an international work environment in the fastest growing segment (microbial identifications) in a growing company within a dynamic team.
You will travel mainly within the Netherlands and partially within the DACH region.

Your main responsibilities
- National (and international) service of Bruker Daltonics MALDI-TOF Biotyper Instruments.
- Installation and commissioning.
- Documentation and planning of the service cases. (IQ/OQ/PV according to FDA/CE-IVD procedures)
- Customer trainings
- Maintenance , troubleshooting and repair at customer site.
- Support via phone and remote maintenance via web access to the customer system.
Qualifications
- Laboratory school / University level in a relevant field by study or experience.
- Experience within microbiology (Bacterial ID/Medical Diagnostics) is highly preferred.
- Flexible attitude towards operating a hotline during weekend hours in the future, to expand our support in routine diagnostics.
- Experience from work with vacuum technology , high pressure gases and high pressure liquids are seen as a merit.
- Willingness to travel is a must.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good command in spoken and written Dutch and English (German is nice to have).
- MALDI, ESI, TOF, (GC, GCMS, or HPLC) knowledge is seen as a big benefit.
