Job Description
Apps Support for HPLC & LCMS field support
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the field of Information Technology, Thermo Fisher Scientific is committed to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical and application assistance to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support to customers, including education, training, and on-site visits
- Conduct customer presentations, technical seminars, and trainings on various chromatographic products and applications
- Assist in developing educational content for company websites, videos, seminars, and applications reports
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot any product-related issues at demo labs or customer sites
- Generate technically reviewed application notes and contribute to data/reports upload to global tech tools
Requirements
- Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic), Biochemistry, or Pharmacy
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HPLC / UHPLC operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in LC MS/MS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma / Biopharma
- Strong knowledge and experience with chromatography products, specifically HPLC, UHPLC, and LC MS
This position is based in Mumbai and requires extensive travel throughout India.
