Scientist II, Manufacturing Sciences
As the Manufacturing Scientist you will work in the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Research Center and will support chromatography consumable manufacturing units in a scientific environment. The incumbent will be responsible for optimization and development of various analytical column and media related technologies, arrangement of training and technology documentation, investigations of quality complaints. The position will enable interaction with experts in R&D, Product Support, Software Development and Field Service teams within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Product manufacturing technology analysis and development for efficiency, productivity and other business related process metric optimization.
- Manufacturing support of HPLC consumables.
- Verification and validation of new HPLC consumables and manufacturing techniques, technology transfer from RnD to manufacturing environment, arrangement of technology documents and trainings.
- Quality complaint analysis in terms of dedicated product portfolio frame.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education & Requirements
- MS degree in chemistry or related subject area.
- Hands on experience in a lab >1year. Experience in LC/MS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of liquid chromatography or other separation techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary matrix managed environment
- Ability to produce clear and detailed documentation
- Ability to present results in a public forum.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23 800,00–€35 650,00.

- Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
