Product Application Specialist - Field
Apps Support for TEA (AAS, ICPOES & ICPMS ) & IC field support
As a Product Application Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, conducting presentations and technical seminars, and developing educational content. Your expertise in chromatography products, including HPLC, UHPLC, and LC MS, will be essential in successfully implementing methods and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Pre & Post Sales, Method Development.
- Provide technical and application assistance to customers, including education, training, and on-site visits.
- Conduct customer presentations, technical seminars, and trainings on various chromatographic products and applications.
- Deepen and broaden customer relationships with key scientific and educational leaders.
- Assist in developing educational content for company websites, videos, seminars, and application reports.
- Generate technically reviewed application notes and contribute to the global Tech tools.
- Stay up-to-date on current technology trends and scientific literature to support the sales force team.
Requirements
- Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic) / Biochemistry / Pharmacy/Equivalent
- >7 Years of Experience in working on AAS, ICPOES & ICPMS.
- >3 Years of Experience in working on IC.
- >5 Years of Experience in Pharma / Biopharma/Food/Academia
- Interest in learning alternate chromatographic techniques for customer support.
- Willingness to travel >60% within India.
