Sales Support Specialist
Your Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia by preparing accurate and timely quotes for customers using our established CRM system. Your expertise in chemistry or biology will be invaluable in understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing customer quotes within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process. Acting as the owner of the quote preparation process, you will work closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients in the Czech and Slovak markets to clarify their needs and provide support. Additionally, you will contribute to team efforts and support overall sales initiatives, helping to drive success within the organization.
Who You Are
- university degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is preferred
- previous experience in a sales support or similar role is a plus
- fluent in English & Czech, both written and spoken
- strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- a proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability
