Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are offering an outstanding opportunity for a Sales representative to join our world-class team in South Korea. As a Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and making a positive impact in the scientific community.

Account manager, Chromatography&Mass Spec.

  • Location: Location: Daejeon, Korea
  • Portfolio: Chromatography&Mass Spec.
  • Clients: Academic and Research Sector

Responsibilities

As part of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD), you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their happiness
  • Provide timely responses to all customer inquiries
  • Identify market trends and customer needs, implementing optimum solutions to generate new business
  • Collaborate with product specialists, application scientists, and service engineers to develop and win sales opportunities
  • Conduct basic product demonstrations and customer reviews
  • Proactively and independently develop new customers and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively within Thermo Fisher as one team to achieve sales goals
  • Apply sales strategies and market management plans by application
  • Regularly update and report SFDC/CPQ, expense reports, and other required business documents
  • Complete sales assignments with broadly defined objectives

Requirements

  •  Sales representative with 5+ years of experience; Chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry instruments.
  • Over 7 years of professional experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the scientific instruments industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to w ork independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in using SFDC is a plus
