LCMS Application Engineer
Responsibilities
- Formulate proactive LCMS application solutions and DEMO experiments for unexplored application territories.
- Write and coordinate essential application documents, including application reports, operating procedures, and training materials.
- Provide comprehensive instrument and software training to clients on-site.
- Assist clients in developing tailored LCMS analysis methods for specific samples and analysis requirements.
- Optimize chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, service, and R&D.
Requirements
- Proven experience with LCMS-based characterization of protein drugs, including intact mass, peptide mapping, and PTM of ADCs and AOCs.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecule drugs, such as drug metabolism and natural products.
- Experience in peptides or Oligos analysis is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to explain sophisticated issues to clients with varying technical backgrounds.
- Strong adaptability to frequent business trips and flexible work arrangements.
