Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize end-to-end workflows for cell culture and cell analysis, cell-based assays, genome editing and cell engineering, and cell therapy applications.
- Conduct live workflow demonstrations, technical workshops, and hands-on training for customers and partners.
- Identify problem statement of customers and support method development, protocol optimization, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate closely with business development and product management teams to improve solution positioning and drive customer conversion.
- Enable translational research collaborations and support proof-of-concept investigations, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Build and deliver technical presentations, application notes, and training content.
- Maintain a strong understanding of new technologies and proactively showcase cross-divisional integration opportunities.
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-demo engagement for accelerated workflow adoption.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture including stem cells, gene editing, PCR/qPCR, multi-color flow cytometry and imaging, cell analysis-based workflows. Preferred familiarity with related Thermo Fisher platforms.
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers optimally.
- Adaptability, and agility to work independently and in collaboration on diverse projects, with good data analysis and interpretation.
- Proven experience of over 8+ years in applications, technical support, or laboratory research environments.
