Product Specialist (Penang)
What you'll be doing:
• Provide pre/post sales consultation and support.
• Regular visits of existing and prospective customers across the region.
• Provide commissioning and training to customer on application of the instrument sold.
• Product demonstration, applications, and troubleshooting support.
• Seeking out new sales opportunities by actively identifying and pursuing potential leads.
Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in handling scientific instruments, preferably laboratory/analytical equipment.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills, able to work independent with minimum supervision.
• Strong team player, results driven and customer orientation and ready to take up new challenges.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
