Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field maintenance services, ensuring exceptionally high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, installations, corrective maintenance, renovations, and software/hardware updates for the SDG portfolio mainly IDD.
  • Deliver detailed and timely expense reports, timesheets, and performance indicators.
  • Close Service Orders via Service-max and manage personal stock efficiently.
  • Provide equipment support and training to less experienced colleagues and distributors.
  • Stay updated with the latest information by continuously reading newsletters.

Location

This exciting position is based in São Paulo-Brazil and requires travel for about 80% of the time.

Requirements

  • Eletric Technical/engineer background or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel extensively.
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited follow-up.
