Analyst HPLC
The HPLC Analyst is responsible for performing analytical testing of food and food-related samples using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Vitamin analysis. The role involves sample preparation, instrument operation, method execution, data analysis, documentation, and compliance with laboratory quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of food, beverage, and related samples using HPLC.
- Conduct sample preparation, extraction, and cleanup procedures as per validated test methods.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC systems and associated laboratory equipment.
- Analyze chromatographic data and ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, test results, and laboratory records.
- Participate in method validation, verification, and measurement uncertainty studies.
- Perform routine calibration and performance checks of instruments.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems, including ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HPLC analysis within a food testing laboratory.
