QC Utility Testing Analyst (Wed-Sat)

QC Utility Testing Analyst (Wed-Sat)
- Perform routine testing, including pH, conductivity, nitrate identification, TOC, and appearance
- Receive, handle, and properly dispose of laboratory samples
- Calibrate and verify instrument performance prior to use
- Accurately document results and escalate quality deviations or anomalies
- Maintain laboratory inventory and support general housekeeping activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements
- Complete required training in a timely manner
- Provide reliable, high-quality service to internal and external clients
Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in GMP, biopharmaceutical, or related regulated environments
- Familiarity with LIMS and laboratory data systems
- Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, and maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and company policies
- Proficient in computer systems and general data/document management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Comfortable in a moderately physical role (extended periods of standing)
Additional Information
- The work schedule will be Wed-Sat 7am-5:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, New York are encouraged to apply.
- Pay range: $22.50 - $26.25 based and degree and level of relevant experience.
