Biochemist - Process Characterization and Controls (Wed - Sat)
Lab Responsibilities
- Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)
- Perform affinity chromatography & viral inactivation
- Execute cGLP cell banking for research use
- Ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies
Data & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Draft technical reports to support commercial filings
- Present findings in cross-functional meetings
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate lab activities with scientific teams
- Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements
- Participate in training activities
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline
- Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography
- Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work Authorization
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

Additional Information
Compensation
- $22.50 - $23.50/hour + $50 flat-rate shift bonus for weekend shifts
Schedule
- Full-time, 1st shift, Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
