Analyst - Mobile Lab

Analyst - Mobile Lab
The Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of pesticide residues in food and feed samples for Mobile Lab using advanced analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS. The role includes instrument operation, maintenance, calibration, preparation of standards, documentation, and ensuring compliance with laboratory quality management systems.
- Perform analysis of pesticide residues in food and feed samples as per validated methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine calibration and performance verification of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS systems.
- Maintain and manage certified reference standards, including inventory control, storage conditions, and expiry tracking.
- Measurement of uncertainty.
- Ensure accurate documentation of analytical data, calibration records, maintenance logs, and quality control results.
- Adhere to laboratory quality systems, and safety procedures.
- Participate in method validation, proficiency testing, and internal quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
