LC/MS Associate & Proteomics Data Analysis
Unique opportunity to join a clinical lab validating novel HPLC / mass spectrometry methods for oncology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in validation of sample preparation, chromatographic, and mass spec methods for use in clinical diagnostics
- Operate and troubleshoot high-res LC/MS instrumentation for the analysis of peptide/protein biomarkers
- Process Proteomics data and summarize findings under CLIA regulations
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of a BSc degree in a Scientific field
- 3+ years working in an analytical lab, ideally using LC/MS
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic and/or mass spec data analysis
- Skyline software experience is a PLUS!
- Excellent communication skills are a must
Salary:
- $75-85K annual salary
