Sales VP – Scientific Instrumentation
Senior commercial role with an internationally recognized provider of scientific instrumentation, specifically focused on chemical separations and analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage (and motivate) a small and talented team of Sales Reps, who promote a variety of capital equipment and consumables to laboratories throughout North America
- Devise and implement sales strategies to continue growth of the business, ensuring the team has the resources to be successful
- Work directly with customers, where needed, to ensure the buying journey is as positive as possible
- Work with the executive team to maximize growth and customer satisfaction
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven sales AND sales management track record within the scientific capital equipment space
- Thorough understanding of all forms of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry and their application within a variety of laboratories; Academia, Pharmaceutical, Forensic, Food Safety, Clinical, Environmental, and more
- Ability to travel around 50% throughout the country
