Inside Sales – Scientific Services
Join a global leader in laboratory instrumentation as an Inside Sales Account Manager focused on growing revenue from service contracts, consumables, and accessories. You’ll work closely with field teams and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sale success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive post-sale revenue through service contracts and consumables.
- Manage pipeline and CRM (Salesforce); forecast and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with field sales/service and engage directly with customers.
- Support and potentially lead inside sales efforts.
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a lab, or selling to one.
- CRM experience; previously held a sales target.
- Onsite role near New Haven, CT.
Salary:
- $70–85K base + $20–35K commission (uncapped)
