Key Responsibilities:
- According to company quality police consistently inspection raw material and product as role of customer.
- Follow the inspection working instruction, provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report, release the good product.
- Complete the accurate inspection record.
- Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc., communicate with production line and track findings till correction
- Assist quality engineer trace back and investigate of in-process/customer complaints defects.
- Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc.
- According to the PPI tool continue provide the improving suggestion of production and inspection process
- Report to quality engineer or line manager for any product quality concern.
- Other line manager assign works.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- College diploma; engineering related background is preferable.
- 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment;
- 2 years practical experience in inspection; Familiar with gauges and tools;
- Workable verbal English, can write, read English Emails.
- Internal auditor 9001&13485 certified preferred.
