We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Consultant ( temporary contract) based in Bologna.
TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT HPLC - INSIDE SALES (d/f/m)
What we'll get you doing:
develop or maintain a specific customer portfolio, selling chromatography consumables, providing technical support, customer service and troubleshooting
connect with our existing customers or potential new ones through telephone, Teams meetings, emails to meet and exceed sales, gross profit and unit goals
handle some Customer Service activities (from quote generation to entering orders and follow up) in collaboration with our dedicated Team
arrange customer face to face and web meetings, products' presentations and attend conferences
develop business plans, market analysis and sales strategies
The essential requirements for the role include:
Master’s Degree or PhD in chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, biology.
Good level of English.
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Very good interpersonal skills as well as listening and communication skills.
Motivation and desire to be successful with a “can do” approach, maintaining a positive attitude, being a Team player, striving to learn and to contribute to company culture
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- laboratory using HPLC or sales
