We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Consultant ( temporary contract) based in Bologna.

TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT HPLC - INSIDE SALES (d/f/m)

What we'll get you doing:

• develop or maintain a specific customer portfolio, selling chromatography consumables, providing technical support, customer service and troubleshooting

• connect with our existing customers or potential new ones through telephone, Teams meetings, emails to meet and exceed sales, gross profit and unit goals

• handle some Customer Service activities (from quote generation to entering orders and follow up) in collaboration with our dedicated Team

• arrange customer face to face and web meetings, products' presentations and attend conferences

• develop business plans, market analysis and sales strategies

The essential requirements for the role include:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, biology.

• Good level of English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

• Very good interpersonal skills as well as listening and communication skills.

• Motivation and desire to be successful with a “can do” approach, maintaining a positive attitude, being a Team player, striving to learn and to contribute to company culture

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• laboratory using HPLC or sales
