Area Service Manager (HPLC)

AREA SERVICE MANAGER
Under close supervision, provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration to Diagnostics instruments; HPLC, Biochemistry, Hematology Analyser, and immunoassay Analyser. Perform installations. Document and report all repairs and product failures.
What we’re looking for:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in IVD
Education:
- B.tech. in ECE,EEE

Ensure timely resolution of technical problems of the Diagnostics equipment to ensure smooth functioning of biomedical equipment and the highest internal customer satisfaction.
Conduct equipment operational and technical training for the end-user for safe and efficient utilization of Diagnostics equipment.
Minimize contingency expenditure through effective implementation of equipment maintenance programs.
Interface with end-users on an ongoing basis for biomedical equipment maintenance requirements.
Prompt response to service call logs and take timely actions.
Perform installation, calibration, and inspection of the biomedical equipment.
Service of Medical Equipment.
Detailed knowledge of Medical Equipment.
Preparation of project plan including procurement timeline, planning as per medical equipment installation.
