GENERAL MANAGER SOUTHEAST ASIA
Job Description
The General Manager, South East Asia will be fully responsible for the general operations of the territory by providing operating management and business development to all activities of the countries. He/ She will also be accountable for the provision of these activities in complete and timely accord with schedules, budget, quality standards and control imposed by the management and customer requirements.
Responsibilities

Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. Experience & competency:
-
Above 10 years work experience in enterprise management, and 5 years of overall enterprise management experience minimum, preferably life science industry;

Experience of working with distributors in the regions;

Familiar with enterprise business operation process;

Good at team management and strong leadership skills;

Good command of advanced business management mode, with advanced management concepts;

Good at generating company strategy and competence of directing the overall business development;

Familiar with overall enterprise operation management and the work process of different functions;

Outstanding professional ethics and integrity ability to influence others and hang people together;
