ASSOCIATE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

The Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass specs and related HPLCs.
This position works under close supervision and mentoring of the direct manager, regional specialists and senior engineers within the territory, preferably located in Emilia area for covering Emilia and Northern Italy.
The associate Field Service Engineer needs to learn and develop technical skills to perform high quality maintenance, installations and repair.
Qualifications
Bachelor’ s Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Excellent Communications skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with the customer
Willingness to travel for customer visits and/or trainings(Driving license B is essential)
