Job Description
As a Field Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key and crucial role in supporting our customers across the Czech Republic region.

Our Customer Service Coordinators schedule preventative maintenance for our Field Customer Support Specialists at customer sites. In addition to this our Customer Service Coordinators support the field organization with information about contracts, assets, inventory, and shipments of parts.

Our instrumentation is a fundamental measuring device used by our customers to continue doing their critical work which could be developing new medicinal therapies to advance human health, newborn screening or ensuring the safety of our food and drink.

Responsibilities
An overview of your responsibilities:

Building, developing, nurturing, and maintaining strong and meaningful customer and internal relationships.

Tracking deliveries, updating orders and priorities and inventory management.

Scheduling engineers for Performance Maintenance visits within Czech Republic and informing customers throughout the process.

Managing your own sales opportunities, creating quotations for billable jobs and identifying further service opportunities for the customer.
The success of the role is measured on your ability to plan, coordinate, and organise tasks that will ensure that our service delivery is seamlessly effective and efficient, leaving our customers with a positively memorable experience.
Within the role you will build on your customer service and sales skills and have the opportunity to undertake training to support you in the role as well as build on your sales skills which could lead to roles with our Inside Sales teams and Service Sales teams.

Strong Team Player, who enjoys working closely with diverse personalities and cross functional groups across a variety of cultures.

Desire to expand knowledge, learn, grow, and develop in a fast-moving business environment.

Good computer skills, ability to work with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems.

Fluent in Czech, and a professional knowledge of English.
