SUPPORT SERVICES TECHNICIAN SAMPLE PREPARATION CHEMISTRY
You will be part of a team performing the daily preparation of samples for analysis, selecting suitable equipment, accurate record keeping in accordance with GMP and the group quality management and health and safety procedures, while helping to meet/exceed client expectations.
About the Position
- Hours Per Week: 20
- Days Per Week: 20 hours per week (including an 8 hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday)
- Contract: Part Time & Permanent
- Annual Salary: £11,336
Key Responsibilities:
The position will involve:

Homogenisation of samples, using various blending equipment following client instructions.

Cooking of samples.

Accurate recording of weights.
-
Use of ALIMS ALIMS+ and associated systems.

Appropriate storage of samples prior to and after preparation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Good eye for detail, ability to use own initiative.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow correct procedures.

Basic computer skills – Excel, Outlook, Internet, Word.
