SelectScience: Optimize IP-RP method development for oligonucleotide analysis

Ensuring high-quality oligonucleotides for therapeutic applications relies on robust analytical methods. In this webinar, hear from principal scientist Dr. Brook Koshel as she discusses method development considerations when selecting an appropriate ion-pairing agent. She will also share tips and tricks for developing efficient methods for ion-pair reversed-phase (IP-RP) analysis of oligonucleotides.

By attending this webinar, you will:

  • Learn how to develop more efficient methods for ion-pair reversed-phase analysis of oligonucleotides
  • Learn about method development considerations for selecting an ion-pairing agent
  • Gain insight into less traditional approaches that help achieve desired results

Who should attend?

  • Lab directors, managers, and analytical scientists engaged in oligonucleotide development
  • Analytical scientists supporting the development and manufacturing of oligonucleotides
  • Scientists interested in method development of oligonucleotides

Presenter: Dr. Brooke Koshel (Principal Scientist, Waters Corporation)

Brooke Koshel is a principal scientist in the scientific operations organization at Waters Corporation. Brooke provides support for a number of biopharmaceutical applications including separation-based techniques and mass detection for oligonucleotides, peptides, and protein analysis. Prior to joining Waters Corporation, Brooke worked in a pharmaceutical development laboratory evaluating drug substances and drug products using chromatography and electrophoresis methods.

Moderator: Sarah Thomas (Editorial Team, SelectScience)

Sarah studied biology at the University of Bath, UK, and has worked in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis. As a member of the Editorial team, Sarah plays an integral role in shaping the content on SelectScience.
