Tips and Tricks working with HPLC and OpenLab CDS Software

This seminar will give an overview of OL CDS from the HPLC Chromatographers perspective. We work through how to extract chromatograms from Diode Array data, work with spectral purity and use the spectral matching feature. A review of the Isoplot and its function to the chromatographer. This will be real time interaction with the software were we will create a purity method and a quantitative method.

Sue D’Antonio joined Agilent (HP at that time) more than 30 years ago. For the last 15 years Sue has been an Applications Scientist in the Liquid Phase Separations Group. Sue’s application support extends to HPLC, UHPLC, CE and LCMS across a wide range of markets and customers.
