Agilent Technologies: Addressing the new Drinking Water Inspectorate requirements for the analysis of PFAS in water

The Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) has recently increased the scope of the number of PFAS compounds that have to be analysed in water.

This webinar details how Agilent has the solution to accommodate these additional compounds and meet their new detection levels. In this webinar, we discuss the sample preparation, instrument hardware and data analysis to aid the successful detection of these challenging compounds.

Presenter: Marcus Chadha (Field LC/MS Application Specialist, Agilent Technologies)

Marcus has over 23 years of analytical experience in both academia and industry. He has worked in Agilent for more than five years as a LC-MS Field Application Specialist. His role involves collaborating with Environmental and Food customers, developing new methods andworkflows using LC-QQQ and LC-QTOF instruments. He also works with Agilent’s sales team providing technical advice, conducting customer demonstrations and providing applications training.

Previously Marcus was as a Laboratory Manager for a CRO, heading their LC-MS department. He has a Ph.D. in Analytical Biochemistry where he used HRAM and 2D-NMR to characterise novel macromolecules.

Henry Russell (Enterprise Account Manager, Agilent Technologies)

Henry has worked in various roles with Agilent for over 20 years. He has been the primary point of contact for many of our major environmental customers since 2015. Previous to Agilent, Henry was at Anatune following being employed in laboratory positions with environmental contract laboratories for several years.
