From high-end systems and new compliance opportunities, to high-throughput and automated sample preparation techniques, this exclusive free-to-attend virtual event has something for everybody. Take some time to discover more about how Agilent's broad portfolio of solutions can help upgrade your lab to the next level.

If you want to hear about the latest innovations in mass spectroscopy, be sure to join Agilent at ASMS 2022 in Minneapolis. Agilent will also post materials on-demand after the show for those who cannot attend.

Webinar 1: Biopharma club: Exclusive access to the latest in hardware, software, and compliance

  • 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST / 13:00 EDT / 10:00 PDT

Biopharma: Mass spectrometry software to ensure compliance

Agilent’s new version of MassHunter Acquisition, Quant and BioConfirm software for LC/Q-TOF takes a unified view of helping users meet regulatory requirements such as US FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11. While including workflows for the analysis of intact proteins, protein digests, and released glycans, it now goes further with the OpenLab Control Panel, a system designed to facilitate the setup of user roles and permissions, audit trails, checksums, and secure content management across all software modules.

Join Steve Madden to hear more about these advanced security features and how built-in technical controls minimize security risks, while helping to preserve the integrity of the data.Characterization of antibody-drug conjugates using 2D-LC and native mass spectrometric technologies.

The characterization of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) molecules and the determination of the conjugated drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) are critical quality attributes for ADC development because they can affect efficacy and safety. You can also join Dr. David Wong as he presents a novel 2D-LC approach to overcome common ADC degradation under organic and acid solvent conditions. This technique utilizes HIC (hydrophobic interaction chromatography), multiple heart-cutting (MHC), and subsequent desalting/separation using size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) on-line with native MS analysis.

Ion mobility for rapid and effective isomer resolution

Collision-induced unfolding (CIU) can be used to characterize the different folding states of intact proteins. The new 6560C Ion Mobility LC/Q-TOF has the capability to utilize this technique for large proteins, as well as small molecules for fragmentation. Together with a new high-resolution demultiplexing software, ion mobility resolution of over 200 can be achieved to resolve isomers. In this webinar, new results from biopharma applications using MOBIE, a SLIM (structures for lossless ion manipulation)-based technology from MOBILion, will be presented by Dr. Chris Klein.

Webinar 2: Shortcut to results: Cost reduction and productivity gains through lab automation

  • 19:00 BST / 20:00 CEST / 14:00 EDT / 11:00 PDT

Advances in RapidFire-MS analyses for faster, larger runs with less sample

Over the last 15 years through iterative product enhancements, RapidFire has earned its reputation by accelerating MS analyses in high-throughput screening, ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion), biopharma, synthetic biology, food, and life sciences, by replacing chromatography with a simple sample cleanup step. This webinar presents the newest RapidFire model (the RF400), and will also discuss some of the recent enhancements, including 1536-well plate support and temperature-controlled sample storage.

In this webinar, join Dr. Jennifer Hitchcock as she explores how these advances are being utilized, both individually and in tandem. Hitchcock will also discuss a variety of new applications to demonstrate the benefits of this improved, fully integrated system.Automated protein sample preparation in regulated environments: The next steps in the evolution of the AssayMAP Bravo platform.

The AssayMAP Bravo is a flexible yet easy-to-use automated microchromatography platform that leverages packed resin bed cartridges, precision flow control, and preoptimized applications to perform a wide variety of protein sample preparation workflows required during biotherapeutic development.

Dr. Steve Murphy, of Agilent, will also explore several advances that enable the AssayMAP Bravo to address even more of the drug development process. Murphy will explore how the system can now use large capacity cartridges, work in 21 CFR part 11 compliant labs, and automatically generate reports detailing the sample preparation steps executed. These new capabilities simplify documentation and facilitate method transfer between groups, so projects can be moved forward as quickly as possible.

Meet a robust, sensitive, and high-throughput solution for protein biomarker quantitation

As protein biomarker quantitation analyses become personalized, samples are limited. Therefore, for these workflows to be practical, it is necessary to have sensitive, robust, and high-throughput methodologies. In this webinar, Dr. Wendi Hale will discuss the analytical performance of the low-flow Evosep One system coupled to the Agilent 6495C triple quadrupole for peptide quantitation.

Webinar 3: Lipidomics and metabolomics dialed-in LC-MS methods: Unlock blood plasma profiles

  • 20:00 BST / 21:00 CEST / 15:00 EDT / 12:00 PDT

In this webinar, hear from Dr. Karen Yannell and Dr. Mark Sartain, as they demonstrate the Bravo automated metabolomics sample prep on plasma samples. These experts will share data combining a new robust and transferable hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) method with the 6546 LC/Q-TOF for untargeted metabolomics, and the 6495C LC/QQQ for targeted metabolomics. Find out how the plasma lipid complement is analyzed with a highly curated and proven robust 6495C LC/QQQ method that balances depth of coverage with sample throughput. methodologies. In this webinar, Dr. Wendi Hale will discuss the analytical performance of the low-flow Evosep One system coupled to the Agilent 6495C triple quadrupole for peptide quantitation.
