Presenter: Julius Aguila (Global Customer Support, Waters Corporation)
Since joining Waters in 1996 as a Field Service Engineer, Julius has successfully held several positions within the field service organization, including PA District Service Manager and his most recent role as Director of Service in the East Region of the U.S. A member of the Business Continuity Task Force, Julius has been a key contributor to several organizational initiatives, lending his expertise to implement significant improvements in service procedures, process improvements and customer success.
Julius graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA with a B.S. in Chemistry. Prior to joining Waters, Julius worked as a temp chemist at Whitehall Robbins in Hammonton NJ after college for 8 months.
Presenter: Nadja Feigenwinter (Service Readiness Specialist, Waters Corporation)
Nadja Feigenwinter is the Service Readiness Specialist for Clinical Markets in the Waters Global Services Organization. She joined Waters Service in 2003 in Switzerland as a Field Service Engineer and has been supporting clinical customers since 2010. In 2018 she moved to the Milford, Massachusetts headquarters and led multiple global service improvement projects. Additionally, she has a strong focus on service personnel training.
Before joining Waters, Nadja worked for three years as a chemist in Switzerland and graduated with a degree in Analytical Chemistry.
