When it comes to LC analysis, a common question for users is, “Which LC column should I choose?”. The column is the heart of the LC system, which plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-resolution separation. The fundamental knowledge of column selection can hence help you decide the optimal column for your specific application.

In this webinar, we will introduce the different parameters involved in selecting a LC column so that you can choose the right column the first time. C18 is the most widely used LC column. However, not all C18 columns are the same. This webinar will also cover the differences between various types of C18 columns.

Learning Objectives
  • Learn the differences in column parameters that affects LC separation.

  • Understand the differences of various C18 columns and their applications.

  • Gain insights to different particle types available and how they affect separation.
