Scale Up with Confidence: Column Selection for Preparative HPLC

In preparative HPLC method development, our goal is the separation and isolation of a valuable compound. Throughput, yield, and purity of the compound are the important parameters for preparative HPLC.

In this webinar, we will discuss the process of scaling up from an analytical to a preparative HPLC method. We will also look at column considerations to increase sample throughput using superficially porous particles in preparative LC columns to drive speed and efficiency.

Presenter: Mark Powell (Application Engineer, Agilent Technologies, Inc.)
