Making LC Methods MS Friendly

With the addition of MS detection to HPLC analyses, certain considerations must be made in selecting columns and conditions.
In this seminar we will:
Discuss the fundamentals and applications of various LC/MS techniques.
Look at column choices and mobile phase selection for LC separations as well as for MS sensitivity
Address specific challenges to LC/MS analyses, such as interferences and ion suppression, will be addressed.
The importance of sample preparation in minimizing problems with interferences will also be covered.
