Agilent - Unlock Accurate, Robust, and Accelerated Process Monitoring with the InfinityLab Online LC Solutions

The key component, the Agilent 1260/1290 Infinity II Online Sample Manager, was designed to seamlessly interface the analytical with the process world in process analytical technology (PAT) applications.

The InfinityLab Online LC Solutions support process design, analysis, and control through real-time measurement of critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs). Closely assessing CPPs and CQAs contributes towards quality by design (QbD)

For this session, we will describe the equipment used in this solution and how it works. In addition, we will show the software used with the OnLine System as well as running live samples to generate release values versus time plots.

Presenter: Bob Giuffre (Applications Scientist, Agilent Technologies, Inc.)

Bob Giuffre has been an Applications Scientist for over 30 years with HP/Agilent. During this time Bob has worked with HPLC, CE, and UV-Vis product lines. He is currently involved with the Agilent 1290 Infinity HPLC in the areas of optimization of ultra-high pressure chromatography. In addition to two-dimensional HPLC, Bob is now working with the Agilent OnLine Sample Manager which provides a bridge from the Process World to the HPLC world.

Presenter: Brian Whiteley (Application Scientist, Agilent Technologies, Inc.)

Brian Whiteley is an Application Engineer in the HPLC group at Agilent. Prior to joining Agilent, he spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry with various companies within their discovery chemistry groups. His research has focused on the synthesis, purification, and analysis of compounds generated in library format by LC and LC/MS.
