In this webinar, we will walk you through the use of Zeno SWATH DIA on the ZenoTOF 7600 system for high-performance proteomics analysis, highlighting the following:

  • Maximizing nanoflow chromatographic separation performance using IonOpticks Aurora SX series columns

  • Achieving high sensitivity for protein detection and quantitation on low column loads of a complex digest standard, approximating single-cell protein levels

  • Demonstrating depth of proteome coverage and quantitative fidelity with mixtures of digests from 3 different organisms, with protein ratios between mixtures accurately quantified using a label-free quantitation (LFQ) strategy
