SCIEX: Quantitative proteomics: fundamentals and beyond webinar

In this webinar, Jeremy Potriquet, Field Application Specialist, SCIEX Oceania, will outline the main factors that can influence proteomic and more generally, mass spectrometry quantitation and provide advice on how to prevent potential quantitation biases.

By attending this webinar, you will learn about:
  • Recommended sample processing workflows
  • LC optimization and normalization techniques
  • Quantitative data review tips for improved interpretation and validation of quantitative proteomics

Presenter: Jeremy Potriquet (Field Application Specialist, SCIEX Oceania)

Jeremy has extensive knowledge of peptide and protein analysis and quantification from previous roles as a scientific officer and proteomics manager. He is experienced in processing a variety of sample matrices ranging from cancer-related matrices to those for infectious diseases covering the study of exosomes, parasites, venoms and lately immunology. Mass spectrometry has always been an essential part of in Jeremy's career and now, as part of the SCIEX Field Application Specialist Team, he applies his knowledge to provide support and guidance for the numerous SCIEX technology users in ANZ.
