Live from the lab: Oligonucleotide characterization workflows with mass spectrometry
Oligonucleotide characterization by mass spectrometry has gained significant interest with the increased use of DNA and RNA as research reagents and pharmaceutical drug molecules. Characterization of production related impurities or degradation products is of key importance during the approval process of such biopharmaceutical products.
In recent years, LC-MS based methods have become well-established tools for this characterization process. During this "Live from the Lab" session we will show from within the Bruker Demonstrations Laboratory in Bremen, how the Bruker timsTOF mass spectrometer facilitates the characterization of oligonucleotides and oligonucleotide degradation products. We will show how easy related side products can be found, characterized, and quantified automatically with the OligoQuest™ workflow within the BioPharma Compass® Software.
We welcome you to this Live from the lab session and look forward to an interesting discussion.
