Troubleshooting your LC and MS Systems

What will you learn?

  • Troubleshooting your LC and MS Systems in your Laboratory
  • When to start thinking about Instrument Replacement

Prezenter: Andreas Goertges (Senior Service Sales Account Manager, Waters)

My name is Andreas and at Waters I am responsible for the service contracts business in Germany North. After my education and during my studies of Analytical Chemistry in Heerlen NL, I worked in a GMP regulated QC lab at our customer Grünenthal.

When I started with Waters in 2010, I worked as a Field Service engineer for LC and MS as well as with Autopurification systems. With this background, I know our instruments by heart from a customer perspective as well as an engineer.
