SelectScience: Automated Workflow for mRNA Sequencing by High-Resolution LCMS
SelectScience: Automated Workflow for mRNA Sequencing by High-Resolution LCMS

Advances in enzymatic digestion techniques combined with new software analysis tools that incorporate in silico digestion capabilities for mRNA sequences, demonstrate the potential for sequence mapping and confirmation of mRNA using high-resolution LCMS. These new advances have the potential to progress mRNA sequencing by LCMS into the same well-defined workflow currently in place for the peptide mapping of therapeutic proteins.

Dr. Ken Cook, senior European team leader for the biopharma/pharma expert support group at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Keeley Murphy, software product manager at Thermo Fisher Scientifc, will discuss the use of an automated workflow which includes enzymatic digestion, high-resolution LCMS analysis, and data analysis for mRNA sequencing.

Key learning objectives

  • Discover a new automated workflow for mRNA sequencing by high-resolution LCMS
  • Learn how to implement routine sequence confirmation of mRNA using high-resolution LCMS
  • Explore new software analysis tools that incorporate in silico digestion capabilities for mRNA sequences

Who should attend?

  • Biopharmaceutical research scientists
  • Analytical scientists from biopharma companies working on or interested in mRNA based therapies
  • PhD students in any field of biotherapeutic drug development
  • Scientists looking to advance their knowledge of oligonucleotide and mRNA analysis

Certificate of attendance

All webinar participants can request a certificate of attendance, including a learning outcomes summary, for continuing education purposes.
